Wie ist Cargobull Telematics in das Projekt „Intelligenter Container“ eingebunden?

Cargobull Telematics arbeitet seit 2004 an einer Standardisierung der Trailertelematik. Ziel ist es, mittel- bis langfristig einen Großteil der bei Schmitz Cargobull produzierten Trailer mit einem Telematik-Steuergerät auszustatten. Aktuell befinden sich rund 8.500 Trailer europaweit im Einsatz. Dank dieser Flotte verfügt Cargobull Telematics über fundiertes Know-how, wie anfallende Datenmengen europaweit zu Fixkosten für den Endkunden zuverlässig per GPRS übertragen werden können. Die für diese Übertragung genutzte Systemtechnik stellt Cargobull Telematics dem MBC für das Projekt zur Verfügung. Parallel dazu werden die Systembestandteile wie Telematik-Steuergerät und Internet-Portal zur Übertragung der Sensordaten weiterentwickelt.

How is Cargobull Telematics involved in the \"Intelligent Container\" project?

Cargobull Telematics has been working on the standardisation of trailer telematics since 2004. Our mid- to long-term goal is to equip most trailers produced by Schmitz Cargobull with a telematics control unit. There are currently around 8,500 trailers in use throughout Europe. Thanks to this fleet, Cargobull Telematics is an established expert when it comes to transferring large quantities of incoming data all over Europe via a reliable GPRS system at fixed prices for end customers. Cargobull Telematics is providing MBC with the system technology required for this data transfer over the course of the project. At the same time, we will continue to develop certain components of the system, such as the telematics control unit and the Internet portal for transferring sensor data.
