Part one: Numerical investigation of the first element in triangle net

In the first part of this paper presented is the main GENOB algorithm, with allows irregular dispersion of measuring points. Into this algorithm the following data is entered from surfaces of large industrial evcavations: the X and Y coordinates of measured points, and their quantitiy, the assumed codes of points, the generation radius, and the number of zone.
