The formula of curvature measures of strength for nonlinear adjustment models are put for ward in this paper. According to the curvature measures formula, nonlinear diagnosis to nonlinear adjustment models is then discussed. It is of great importance to deal with the acceptance of linearized approximation for nonlinear ad justment models and to analyze the statistical quality of estimator to nonlinear least squares.
