Gebäudemodell für die räumliche Energieplanung

Building Model for Spatial Energy Planning

In order to cover the demand of spatial information for energy planning, a holistic data model for buildings was created. Within the process, the required information are separated into several modules and attributes like the use, the quality of envelope and the conditioning of the building. Nevertheless, the central aspect of these attribute allocations is the identification of the buildings, because it is the base and the reference dataset for the other modules listed before. By using a sophisticated methodology that is composed out of GIS tools and tabular joins, building polygons are matched with their building addresses. Finally, this harmonised and standardised methodology assigns 65 attributes. Additionally, the paper presents a use case for these methods, which is spatial energy planning. In this context, potentials and scenarios are calibrated to foster the implementation of renewable energy carriers.
